Shipping / Returns

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped the same day. If a product is not in stock, the delivery time depends on the delivery time of the product. You will then be notified. 

Your package will be shipped
If ordered before 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. Below you will find the most frequently asked questions:

  • When will my package be shipped?
    If your order is received before 3:00 PM on workdays, it will be offered to Post.nl the same day. You will receive a track and trace code from us. It is possible that due to excessive workload we will not be able to do this the same day, in which case it will be the following day.
  • When will my package be delivered?
    The delivery of your package is in the hands of PostNL. As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive the track and trace code. We advise you to keep an eye on this for the most up-to-date information. Because this is in the hands of PostNL, we cannot influence this or speed up this process. It is possible that the track and trace code changes or that the package has not been delivered within the specified time slot. Due to the crowds, it is therefore possible that your package will be delivered a few days later.
  • According to the Track and Trace, my package has not yet been delivered to PostNL and is it listed as pre-announced?
    If you have received the confirmation email that the package has been sent, the package will be taken to the PostNL distribution center the same day. During peak times, delays can occur at PostNL and it may be that your package is not scanned immediately. The package is definitely at PostNL, but it can sometimes take a while before it gets the first scan to indicate that the package has been delivered to PostNL. If this is the case with your package, we would like to ask you to wait a few days, because the package is usually scanned and delivered within this time.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR DEVIATING ORDERS
The costs for transporting large/heavy items are approximately € 81.82 - 144.63 excl. VAT or € 99 - 175 incl. VAT and are clearly indicated at the bottom of the product information for shipments abroad and are visible further in the ordering process. For deliveries to the Dutch islands and abroad, you will first be contacted about the costs that will be charged.

*For deviating volumes or weights that cannot be sent as one package via PostNL within the Netherlands, adjusted rates apply. In consultation, you will receive a quote, depending on the size. This also applies to orders that you place online yourself.

Did we miss you? It happens! When you are not at home, we always follow your delivery preferences. Have you not set your preferences? Then we will deliver your package to your neighbors or to a PostNL point. Via track & trace in the app or online you can see where your package is.

RETURNS
If you wish to return something, you can contact us via the email address
contact@medischevakhandel.nl If the product is damaged or not working, we will reimburse the shipping costs. (The return costs for returning will be equal to the total delivery costs of the item at most.) In all other cases, you will pay the shipping costs yourself for a return shipment. 

  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS
    As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form (PDF) for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 
    What you cannot return and what is excluded from the right of withdrawal:
    • Products manufactured according to consumer instructions (custom-made) such as engraving of stethoscopes
    • Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
       
       
  • CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
    If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
  • You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • If you return an item, it must be received by us within 14 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shipments received after this period and they will be returned to the sender.
  • When you return an item, we kindly request that you (if reasonably possible) return the product - including the original packaging - to us in an undamaged and original condition. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, this may result in a depreciation of the item. In that case, we reserve the right to deduct this reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.
  • You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR B2B, BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
The 14-day right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and not to business customers. As a company, you have a duty of investigation and you are excluded from the right of return (the Distance Selling Act).
