How to use Hemorcool®
Place the Hemorcool® in the freezer for at least 2 hours .
Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the Hemorcool® and around the anus.
Lie on your side and gently insert the Hemorcool® until the widened section.
Remain lying on your side for approximately 10 minutes .
Remove the Hemorcool® and clean it with water and soap.
Store the Hemorcool® in the hygienic storage tube and place it back in the freezer.
