With the MELAseal 100+, you can create bags from rolls or securely seal existing bags with a strong, wide seal seam. Light and sound signals indicate whether the seal is applied correctly. Thanks to the smooth stainless steel finish, it is also easy to clean. To make the sealing process simpler and faster, the MELAseal 100+ can optionally be equipped with a roll holder. You can place rolls of different sizes on it, for example the combination of 5 cm, 10 cm, and 15 cm. The MELAseal is equipped with a temperature controller and a cutter.
After switching on the MELAseal 100+, the device requires a warm-up time of approximately 2 minutes. When the signal light goes out, the device is ready in standby mode. When the handle is operated, the pressure bar is pressed against the heated aluminum guide. The sterile packaging is securely sealed with a 10 mm wide seam in just 2 seconds. It comes with a removable operating handle for both right- and left-handed users.
Optionally, a roll holder is also available.
